SellingNZ is a new business venture bringing an innovative approach to the selling and buying of property online, removing the necessity of a sales office. With a huge part of the business being conducted online, the website functionality and database management are crucial to the efficient running of the business. Bambrick Media developed a fresh and youthful SellingNZ brand to embrace a new way of doing real estate. We then proceeded to build the complex Content Management System to manage properties, affiliates, leads and online marketing system.

Bambrick commenced with refreshing the creative direction and feature high quality property photography in the print media before undertaking the new-look web presence. F.A.R.M Developments is a family business focused on delivering unique land subdivisions throughout South East Queensland and Northern NSW. The approach that Bambrick Media took to the web design was to use earthy colours and images that were indicative of the company and logo. The family run business focuses on city lifestyles, country address and quality service. In creating a design that has a clear direction in navigation and a warmth from colour choices represents true appeal of F.A.R.M Developments.

Fernvale Heights offers a rare opportunity to own acreage surrounded with panoramic valley and mountain views but yet the convenience of Brisbane on its door step. Bambrick exposed this rare beauty through professional photography to show potential homeowners the pristine countryside and local activities available. The successful delivery of the Fernvale Heights website, lead to Bambrick being contracted to build the developers website (refer to FARM Developments).
